Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Servings 4


  • 150 g diced free range bacon
  • 1 lge red onion sliced
  • 30 Brussel sprouts halved
  • 2-4 tbs olive oil
  • Good pinch salt


  1. Preheat over to 180C. Grab a baking tray and add all ingredients and mix well to combine. 

  2. Cook for approx 30 minutes until the brussels sprouts are golden and starting to crisp. Serve with whatever you fancy. If you tolerate dairy, a great goats cheese crumbled on top would make it a delicious warm salad.
