Merry Blissmas Balls


  • 15 medjool dates pitted
  • 400 g shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup pistachios
  • Optional- 1/2 cup dark choc chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional- 1/4 cup collagen


  1. In a high speed blender or food processor blend the coconut until it forms a damp flour. Add the dates and blend until the dates are completely blended. 

  2. Add remaining ingredients and pulse to combine. Roll into balls and store in the fridge for up to 10 days or the freezer for up to 3 months. 

  3. If you CBF'd rolling balls, this makes an awesome 'slice' or 'fudge'. Just press it into a baking tray and pop it in the fridge to set before slicing.
