I’m 54 years old and I’m really struggling to keep fit and seem to put on weight just by looking at food. My motivation levels have decreased immensely. The thought of excercise scares me, and only 3 years ago I was involved in boot camp which I kept up religiously. Had an operation and stopped exercising ever since. Please help me get my drive back.
